Sexy Greek Lamb

 

Ingredients
• 5 lb lamb racks
• Juice of one lemon
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tbsp Sexy Spice Greek (or to taste)
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
Remove the lamb racks from the butcher’s packaging and gently rinse and pat dry. Cut lamb racks into single bone chops. In a medium size bowl mix lemon juice, minced garlic, Sexy Spice Greek and olive oil. Let lamb marinade for 20 minutes Place lamb chops on pre-heated BBQ grill. Grill chops over medium heat for 5-10 minutes on each side. The fat drippings may cause flare-ups on the grill, so make sure to keep a close eye on the meat. If a flare-up occurs, move the chop away from the flames, so it does not burn on the outside. Once you remove the chops from the grill, serve and enjoy.
Makes 6-8 servings
